PAYMENT METHOD
We only accept payment via our online secured payment gateway which is supported by Pay Pal and Ipay88.
Pay Pal is a payment gateway for online purchases that allows users to pay via credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Pay Pal offers a fast, safe and easy method of payment without disclosing your credit card or other financial information to the merchant.
A successful payment will be confirmed by email. This email will include the details of your purchase and your transaction ID, which is a unique reference for your payment. It will be sent by Pay Pal to the email address you have provided when entering your payment details.
Your credit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We provide FREE delivery via courier delivery service to all destinations within Peninsular Malaysia.
Delivery to East Malaysia and Rest of Wold is available with a separate delivery charges. We will inform you the delivery charges after we receive quotation from the shipping service provider based on the your final delivery address. All deliveries to East Malaysia and Rest of Wold will be arranged via air shipment.
As a standard procedure, orders confirmed with payment made before 12.00pm will be processed on the same business day while orders placed after 12.00pm will be processed on the following business day. “Business day” means Monday to Friday, and does not include Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Customers can expect to receive goods within 7 business days from the day the online purchase is made and is subjected to successful and complete payment.

If you want the goods to be delivered to address other than your own address (work office, hospital, medical centre, friends and relatives house), kindly obtain consent from the related authorised party
